Firebug for Firefox

A very useful debugging tool. Inspect and explore your HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax in one little console! You can even edit some parts of the DOM for debugging right in the browser! I honestly don’t know what I would do without it!

I use Firebug during all of my builds to conveniently edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.  Integrated right into Firefox, the Firebug console is a single click to access and provides developers with a means to:

  • inspect and edit your HTML
  • tweak and perfect your CSS
  • debug JavaScript
  • execute JavaScript on the fly
  • log JavaScript
  • quickly find errors
  • explore the DOM
  • monitor network activity
  • and so much more!
